4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging in our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information as required. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final deliverables before they are finalized. Any additional work requested beyond the scope of the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
 

5. Payment Terms
 

Our services are billed as per the project scope outlined in the formal agreement or proposal shared with you. Every project, regardless of size, is broken into at least two installments to ensure comfort and clarity. Longer or ongoing projects may involve multiple payment milestones.

Payments are processed through secure payment links via Payoneer, PayPal, Wise, Remitly, or any mutually agreed method, and invoices are shared over email. All payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule to avoid delays or service interruptions.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel our services, please refer to the cancellation policy specified in the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled as per the terms outlined in the agreement.
 

7. Limitation of Liability
 

Desixn Wrap will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We operate in compliance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and relevant consumer protection laws.

Our total liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under both Indian law and, where applicable, internationally recognized commercial practices.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desixn Wrap, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or services or your violation of these Terms.
 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, primarily under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tezpur, Assam, India or an agreed-upon jurisdiction within India.

Where applicable, international clients may be protected under their local consumer rights; however, all services are rendered under the primary governance of Indian legal standards.
