Refund & Cancellation

At Desixn Wrap, we pour our time, creativity, and care into every project we take on. Because our services are highly personalized and require significant preparation and effort from the start, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to protect both your interests and the integrity of our work.
For the purpose of this Cancellation & Refund Policy, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Desixn Wrap, located at Ambagan, Tezpur H.O, Assam 784001, India. The terms “you”, “your”, “client”, or “user” refer to any individual or entity engaging our services.
Desixn Wrap provides digital and creative services only (web design, graphic design, branding, content creation, and related services). No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by Client -
If you wish to cancel your project, you must notify us within 2 days of placing the order or confirming the project. Because we begin allocating time, resources, and creative planning from the moment a project is confirmed, any deposits or advance payments may become non-refundable once work has begun, initial concepts have been prepared, or resources have been assigned. For cancellations made before work begins, partial refunds may be considered depending on the specific agreement.
1.2 Cancellation by Desixn Wrap -
While rare, we reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances or if a client violates agreed terms (e.g., unresponsiveness, scope creep, or disrespectful conduct). In such cases, we will refund any payment for work not yet delivered, minus any administrative or third-party fees incurred.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 2 days of receiving the first draft or initial deliverables.
After this period, the service is considered accepted, and all payments become final. Refunds will not be issued simply due to a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction once the work has been completed per the brief.
2.2 Valid Grounds for Refund Consideration
Refunds may be considered if:

Services were not delivered as per the mutually agreed and documented scope.

There is an unreasonable delay in delivery beyond the agreed timeline without communication or alternative arrangements.
2.3 Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Design work already completed and delivered.

Custom branding elements or design assets made specifically for your project.

Research, creative strategy, and ideation work already performed.

Any third-party purchases made on your behalf (e.g., premium fonts, plugin licenses, hosting/domain purchases, paid assets).
Please note: Our time, research, strategy, and creative work cannot be “returned” — so refunds are not automatic and are carefully assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Revision Policy
3.1 Revisions Included
Each service package includes a fixed number of revisions, clearly stated in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond those included will be billed separately, as per our rate card or service agreement.
3.2 Revision Process
To maintain momentum and quality, we ask that feedback is provided within 3 business days of receiving deliverables. Delays in feedback may extend timelines or lead to additional costs if the scope evolves.
4. Process for Refunds
To initiate a refund request:

Attach any relevant documentation (e.g., signed proposal, deliverables).

We will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
